1. Who provides this service
Kaabium Kompass (kaabium.ai) is a business-diagnostics information tool operated by Kaabium, Qatar (“Kaabium”, “we”). You describe a business situation; the service matches it against Kaabium’s consulting framework library and assembles a diagnosis, a plan, and downloadable files.
Paid Solution Packs are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”) as merchant of record — your contract of sale, payment processing, and tax receipt are with Paddle. Kaabium provides the content and this service.
2. License to purchased files
Purchased files are licensed to you and your business for internal use: you may use, adapt, and present them inside your organisation and with your own clients as part of your work.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or offer the files (or trivially modified versions of them) as templates, downloads, or a competing library.
3. Not professional advice
Kaabium provides general business information and structured frameworks for educational purposes. It is not professional, legal, financial, tax, or investment advice, and creates no advisory or fiduciary relationship. You are responsible for decisions taken based on this material.
4. Payments & refunds
The Solution Pack is a one-time purchase per diagnostic, priced in USD. A 5-day money-back guarantee applies — see the Refund Policy. As merchant of record, Paddle may additionally honor consumer-protection refunds where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
No scraping, automated access, bulk-running of diagnostics, probing, or interfering with the service. We may block traffic that does.
6. AI-assisted output
Diagnoses are generated with AI assistance from your answers and Kaabium’s framework library, as disclosed on the results page. The downloadable files themselves are human-made documents. Review recommendations before acting on them.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Your purchase contract with Paddle is governed by Paddle’s Checkout Buyer Terms.
